Granite Quote
Hyatt Stone just got back to me with the quote for our Granite. Based on 60.3 sq. ft. and using Kashmir White and Black Pearl (had the names wrong in earlier post) the total with tax is $3281.25. So far seems to be keeping me within my $15000 kitchen budget - cabinets, flooring, appliances, countertops and install.

Love your ideas Lyndsey! The house will be beautiful. As for the fireplace I think painting it white is the only thing you can do aside from re-surfacing the whole thing.
